Services
NTI@Home is a premier work-at-home program that connects trained individuals with disabilities to a wide range of employment opportunities. Through this program, NTI partners with major U.S. government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and smaller businesses to provide them with skilled work-at-home employees. By outsourcing their customer service and technical support operations to NTI, these organizations benefit from cost reduction while contributing to a more inclusive workforce.
Partnerships
NTI has developed strong partnerships with various state and federal agencies, including the SSA and Vocational Rehabilitation. As an Employment Network in the SSA's Ticket to Work program since 2004, NTI has been instrumental in facilitating job placement and support for disabled individuals. Additionally, NTI collaborates with Vocational Rehabilitation agencies, which refer their clients to NTI@Home for assistance in finding suitable employment opportunities.
